Personal

Side note:
As part of my initiative to change our lives for the better, during lunch I walked to the forest preserve and back. I believe I’ll be doing that more often, possibly with music so its not as bad of a walk. I guess being healthy starts one day at a time J

Count:
8 weeks = 15 pounds lost.

This sounds like a big step. Incorporating new habits and activities into your routine can be very challenging. I would like to applaud your efforts in trying to make healthy lifestyle changes. :) GREAT JOB

I try to walk to the train station (1.6 mi = 30 min of brisk walk) every day. It humors me to see people waiting at the bus stop along my route, only to see them at the train station 20 minutes later. (8 weeks - 18 lbs lost).
