In this news article Rabbi Shimon explains, his Chabbad and his situation is very different to most others. He has to work hand in had with Reform Jews in order to achieve a unified Jewish community. His task is exceptional and his success will be legacy.

From a moral perspective no Jew should want to participate in the farce that starts up tomorrow in Beijing so you have to ask why is Chabad effectively sanctioning one of the most evil and opportunistic governments in the world?
