I don't understand why people wear jackets and then not zip them up?
Why bother even wearing a jacket if you are going to keep it open? Honestly what is the point? Just go out without a coat on, that is exactly what you are doing by not zipping it up in the first place.
Then again the people who are not wearing your jackets...where is it that you think you live? This is not exactly FLORIDA!
Ah well, as long as everyone is happy.

one thing has nothing to do with the other if I wore a jacket but didn't zip it up, my arms and back would still be warm. if I zipped it up I could be too warm, or feel to constricted. Sometimes I went skiing with my jacket unzipped. Of course in Detroit I usually didn't wear a coat, and I didn't bring one to Israel, but I totally understand not zipping up
